Created in the 1990s by Australian entrepreneur Poppy King, Lipstick Queen is a brand entirely dedicated to lipsticks as the founder could not find her perfect fit.

Lipstick Queen has grown quite a popularity on Instagram – through which I first discovered it – and to my delight, the brand is now available at Sephora on the Champs Elysées in Paris.

Frog Prince is a deep green lipstick which turns magically into a unique shade of pink according to one’s lips – the product reacts to the skin pH level and changes color immediately.

The texture feels like a balm and actually is very hydrating. Colorwise, I was extremely impressed by the result as the pink shade gives you that natural healthy pop of color with a glossy finish to it. Also, the stain lasts for hours. Even when the balm effect disappears, your lips will be left with a flattering fizzy pink tint.

I would 100% recommend this product – especially for this summer. For those of you who like wearing something on the lips when going to the beach, this lipstick would be ideal in my humble opinion.
