Social media is a great way for Houses to gain visibility and to push certain pieces to potential customers. As scrolling has become every country’s national sport, every post is a sales opportunity. So, if you’re sick of seeing the same pieces being pushed over and over again or simply curious of what other items a House has to offer, keep scrolling for my Louis Vuitton – under 2K – selection…
A quick shoutout to the Small Ring Agenda Cover which not only serves its first purpose of being carrying a planner – not included – but also turns out to be agreat card holder. I personally use this piece on the daily and have never switched back to a wallet since. Its small size slides in any type of purse and the coated canvas is perfectly resistant for an everyday use. This Small Ring Agenda Cover comes in the three coated canvas options but also in both the Epi and Taiga leather. [Price 300€]
KIRIGAMI POCHETTE
The Kirigami Pochette might not be as unseen as some of these other pieces on the list – especially since the Toiletry Pouches have unfortunately been discontinued according to Louis Vuitton’s website – but I thought their versatility and simple design deserved some more visibility. [Price 550€]
GRACEFUL
The GracefulPM bag has nothing to envy its Neverfull fellow. Its elegantdesign fits all the everyday necessities while keeping them safe with its magnetic closure. The single flat handle is perfect for a comfortable over-the-shoulder wear. The Graceful line also comes in a size MM and in three different coated canvas options. [Price 1 300€]
SPERONE
Why get a Palm Springs backpack when you can buy a Sperone one for a better price? Sure, the design differs quite a bit, but the buckle on the Sperone gives it a retro touch which makes it very charming. Plus, you get more space in the Sperone for 50€ less than the Palm Springs Mini – and its zipped pocket at the front is also quite roomy as well. This piece only comes in the Damier Azur canvas and in this one single size. [Price 1 750€]
CLUNY
The Cluny BB is a structured ladylike purse that can be worn both by the top handle or crossbody with its colorful removable strap. The bag’s classic shape offers a fair amount of space organized by two inside flat pockets and one inside zipped pocket. Its safe magnetic flap opens widely for an easy access to one’s belongings. The Cluny also comes in the MM size and in a black Epi leather material. [Price 1 800€]
DIANE SATCHEL
Forget the Pochette Metis and give the Diane Satchel a go. Its more rounded shape gives it a less serious-work-bag appearance than the Pochette Metis but include as many useful outside and inside pockets. The Diane Satchel includes two straps which are both removable – the leather one allowing a practical on-the-shoulder wear. The buckle, once again, gives the bag a lovely retro vibe. [Price 1 750€]
SIRIUS
If I could choose one travel piece from Louis Vuitton, it would be the Sirius 55 and the reason behind this choice is simply because its size is cabin friendly. Knowing that luggages are thrown around before landing in the airplane hold, I would rather have it beside me at all times and handle it with care. The two downsides to this piece might be the lack of zipped pockets – which could come in handy organization wise – and the lack of wheels – which gives it an iconic vintage look but should be taken into consideration nonetheless as it could become a little tiresome to carry around. [Price 1 800€]
